1. MAIN APPLICATION
After hardening & tempering, applied to use in the manufacture withsatand loads and moderate speeds mechanical parts, such as automotive steering knuchles, and rear axle gears, shafts, worm, spline shaft, sets and other tools on top.
2. DELIVERY CONDICION
Hot rolled or forged, black surface
Hardness : annealed < 207HB
Widrh : 1500-2300mm Thickness: 20-200mm
Rounds: dia 20-350mm
3 . CHARACTERISTICS
40 Cr(5140) steel is belong to Medium carbon steel with hardening and tempering, cold heading steel. Easy processing, after proper heat treatment can pntain a certain toughness, plasticity and abrasion resistance
