1.2085 Plastic mold steel is a kind of conventional smelted (EF+LF+VD) mold steel, which is mainly characterized by corrosion resistance and improved mechanical and self-working performance of pre-hard die frame steel.
1.2085 Main features and applications:
Quenched and tempered pre-hardened plastic mold steel with high corrosion resistance and improved machining properties.
Suitable for acid resistant die frames and support tools (without special surface treatment such as mirror polishing);
For low surface requirements of the mold or inserts, used for the production of plastic products especially high corrosive parts
