SKT4 steel has good toughness, strength and high wear resistance.Its mechanical properties are almost the same at room temperature and at 500 ~ 600℃.When heated to 500℃, the hardness of HB300 can still be maintained

Annealing,241 ~ 197HB, indentation diameter 3.9 ~ 4.3mm
Heat treatment specification and metallographic structure:
Heat treatment specification: quenched, oil cooled at 830 ~ 860℃.
Delivery status: steel is delivered in annealed condition.
Application:
Suitable for manufacturing complex shapes, large impact load, low working temperature, side length & GT;400mm large and medium-sized hammer forging die and edge cutting die.For manufacturing simple shape general manufacturing process smelting use vacuum refining process to ensure the purity of steel;The e use of large-scale professional heat treatment to obtain the best pre-hardening effect of steel, hardness uniform distribution.
